WRITER, VIDEOGRAPHER, PHOTOGRAPHER, RADIO HOST
Devin Clark majored in Journalism with a concentration in Creative Mass Media at the University of Memphis. As a recent college graduate, he enjoys writing, editing, radio and audio/video work. Devin was the Audio/Visual Editor and reporter for the University of Memphis’ independent student newspaper The Daily Helmsman and was on its staff for three years. He started as a print reporter for the newspaper. As AV editor, Devin wrote and edited audio and visual content for the newspaper. He also served as a broadcast reporter.
Devin has interned at places including Brother International and 91.7 FM WYXR. He worked as a Video Production and Graphics intern during his time with Brother. At WYXR, he was a Production intern.
Devin continued his work with WYXR through serving as a radio host/producer at the radio station, in addition to being a DJ and volunteer. He is currently involved with two shows on the station: host/producer of The Audio Box and co-host/producer for Gospel Talk Back in the Day with Juan D. Shipp.
Devin’s career goal is to find a job that combines writing, videography, audio and media together.
